🎟️ How CAD E-Ticket Works (Real Process)
1️⃣ After you buy ticket
- You pay online (official site recommended)
- Within ~12 hours, you receive an e-ticket by email
- Same order booking you will have the seat assignment to sit together.
👉 The e-ticket includes:
- QR code (very important)
- Your event date + ticket type
- Meeting point details
2️⃣ Save your e-ticket properly
- Screenshot it OR download PDF
- You can also print it (optional)
⚠️ Important:
- QR code = your entry pass
- Do NOT share it with anyone
👉 Each QR can be used only once
3️⃣ Go to meeting point (NOT directly inside)
In Chiang Mai:
- You must go to pickup location (e.g. MAYA Mall or Exhibition Center)
- Arrive 30–60 minutes early
👉 Your e-ticket tells you exactly where
4️⃣ Show e-ticket BEFORE shuttle
- Staff scan your QR code (sometimes at meeting point OR venue)
- You may need to register for shuttle first
👉 Shuttle takes you to the CAD venue
5️⃣ At venue → exchange e-ticket
- Show QR code again at entrance
- You will receive:
- 🎫 Physical badge / lanyard ticket
- 🎁 Souvenir
👉 This is your actual access pass inside
6️⃣ After scan → e-ticket becomes invalid
- Once QR is scanned:
- ❌ Cannot reuse
- ❌ Cannot transfer
👉 If someone else uses your QR → you lose entry
7️⃣ During event
- Your seat + lanterns are already assigned
- Everything (dinner, lanterns, krathong) is included

⭐ Gold, Premium, VIP, Standard
- Pickup Location: Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre (Gate 5)
- Pickup Time: 13:00 – 15:30 hrs
- Last Backup Shuttle: 16:00 hrs (final departure)

- Chiang Mai Night Bazaar (Pantip Plaza intersection)
- Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre
👉 You must select your drop-off destination at the venue before boarding the return shuttle

If you miss the shuttle or choose to go independently:

📍 Hire a photograhers
Our official photographers focus on general event coverage and may not take individual photos.
If our photographers happen to capture your photo or any event atmosphere moments during the festival, you can download them from the CAD Facebook page about 2–3 weeks after the event:

You are welcome to bring your own photographer. Please ensure they purchase a ticket of the same type to access your zone.
Tripods are allowed but must not block walkways or disturb other guests. Drones are not permitted.
